Description : Tasteful, clean and solid apartment in Berlina. Our apartment is about 32 square meters and you will find you all what you need in Berlin: a generous double bed (160 x 200 cm) in the bedroom, where you can relax after the hot bath. The apartments are situated in the popular quarter of Deutsche Oper in Charlottenburg. In a few minutes you will reach the famous Kurfürstendamm. In front of the house you have Metrostation line 2 with you can go in a short time to the Messe / ICC, the Zoo, Potsdamer Platz or the Gendarmenmarkt and Friedrichstrasse. Please inform us in advance about your intended arrival time, we don't have reception. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. For the final cleaning will be charge 20€, which are not included in the the price paid bevor arrival. PLEASE NOTE! NO SMOKING ROOMS!The penalty for smoking is 40€!
