Description : Excellent location - ultra central, but quiet and leafy! With huge bath and completely refurnished this elegant studio-apartment in the heart of Berlin City West is a great place to enjoy Berlin! Diana-Berlin is within easy walking distance of the world-famous KaDeWe department store, the Europa-Center, the Gedachtniskirche (Memorial Church), Berlin Zoo and the Kurfurstendamm (Ku'Damm) shopping and entertainment boulevard. In the apartment can sleep up to 4 people. It consists of a large living and sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a hallway. The living and sleeping area features a large double bed and a large, comfortable sofa bed, where 2 other guests can also sleep. PLEASE NOTE: A EUR 50 deposit will be charged on arrival and refunded on departure. There is an additional final cleaning cost of EUR 35. Check-in time: 15.00-22.00 Check-out time: 08.00-11.00 Please note that a fee of EUR 25 will be charged for late check-in (after 22:00) and for early check-out (before 08:00).
