Description : Welcome to Berlin! PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING YOUR BOOKING WITH US. After 8pm: 10 Euro late fee and after 12pm: 20 Euro late fee. Towels and linen are included. NOW OPEN...OUR NEW 40 SQM APARTMENT...VERY NICE AND COSY. OWN SHOWER/TOILET ROOM AND KITCHEN ROOM. We have got three nice apartments with 1x single-, 2 x double-, 5 x 2-bed and 2 x triple bedrooms available. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom for guests in each of the apartments. One of the double rooms has a balcony. The appartment is located in a very lively area of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. Lots of bars, shops and all the public transportation of Berlin just a few footsteps away. 5 minutes from the appartment to the Max-Schmeling-Halle / Mauerpark and 10 min. to Kulturbrauerei / Kollwitzplatz. Here are a lot of cheap cafés and restaurants. Payment at the appartment must be made in cash upon arrival.
